ASM Executive Education(ExEd) & IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry are organizing a three day Organization Development & Change Workshop on “The Future of Change Leadership in Disruptive Times”, in collaboration with the International Society for Organization Development & Change (ISODC) and Singularity Co., UK.

Set up in 1907, in the wake of Swadeshi Movement to represent Indian Businesses, IMC is a premier chamber of trade, commerce and industry in India. The International Society for Organizational Development & Change (ISODC) is the leading international OD association. ASM ExEd is a leading executive education centre, with a legacy of over 3 decades, catering to the training needs of professionals across India.

About Programme

The ODC Executive Leadership Workshop is an intensive, meticulous and interactive workshop that will help in developing new professional leaders, who are experiencing disruptive change and want to understand how to orchestrate business processes, systems, projects and people strategies to effectively enable exponential change.

Objective 1: Introduction to how the world of work is changing

  • Learning Goals: Examine how technology and competition is forcing change in various aspects of business, organization, and personal lives.
  • Learning Goals: Explore how are you managing change practices in your organization today

Objective 2: Discover the Process of Selecting Change Management initiatives/interventions along with setting objectives & goals - key performance metrics for assessing effectivenessof change management processes.

  • Learning Goals: Discover how to engage your organisation in transformative change.
  • Learning Goals: Learn how adaptive mindset strategies can be leveraged to meet scaling challenges.
  • Learning Goals: Determine how to assess and measure change effectiveness.

Objective 3: Develop Important strategies for generating Internal support in the organisation for the Change Managementinitiatives, managing transitions through functional and cultural issues.

  • Learning Goals: Experience narratives and case studies of OD and Change Management strategies and success stories of implementation of the strategies.
  • Discussion: Facilitator share an examples of success & failure
  • Learning Goals & Outcomes: Participants assess potential change initiatives into their organizations.
  • Learning Goals & Outcomes: Apply learning from workshop to real-worldscenarios.

Objective 4: Provide an opportunity for organizational executives to have a private discussion (20 minutes maximum) with one of the visiting practitioners on their real-world change initiatives.

Through use of practical assignments such as hands on team-based exercises, use of Case Studies and role play techniques. Leader participants will explore the application of the workshop principles, theories, and frameworks in their organisations.

Workshop Schedule

Morning Session

  • Welcome & Introduction
  • Understand how the world of work is changing as a result of technology, competition, and other relevant influences.
  • Develop an appreciation of the purpose of OD and Change Management and its relevance in modern day change scenarios.

Afternoon Session

  • The Process of Selecting Change Management Initiatives/interventions along with setting objectives & goals.
  • Discover how to engage your organisation in transformative change: understand the implications on culture, technology, people, and the organization.

Morning Session

  • Recap of Day One Session
  • Learn how to use adaptive mindset to meet challenges with scaling your organisation and operations to address complex and uncertain change forces.
  • Learn key performance metrics for assessing effectiveness of change management processes.

Afternoon Session

  • The Important strategies for generating Internal support in the organisation for the Change Management initiatives, managing transitions through functional and cultural issues.
  • Narration of OD and Change Management Strategies and success stories of implementation of the strategies.

Afternoon Session

*One may register for Day 3 (One to One Interaction Session ) only after registering for the main workshop
